This crow just happened to be perched close by for some time, while I rattled off a whole bunch of shots hoping I’d get something worthwhile out of it. Towards the latter part I switched to black and white, figuring that a silhouette might offer the best image, and waited for some threatening clouds to gather in the distance to give the background some depth. I’m happy with this one.
